"Front desk person rude!!"

"The room and staff were great. Breakfast was exceptional. The hot tub had hot water but the jets didn’t work. Multiple people called the front desk but nothing was done and nobody from maintenance came to help."

"Inside the room, broken phone, dirty bathroom, bedsheet, generally speaking not worth to stay. "

"Very dirty, door handle on shower wasn’t properly placed on and kept falling off when we gently opened it. Smelled like cigarettes everywhere even though most of it is nonsmoking. A lady out front stopped me saying “sir you don’t wanna keep your baby here, there’s rats” man at front checked us in with no questions so my wrong card got charged. When I checked out the next morning the front desk lady was on her phone talking to someone that wasn’t working sounded like a friend and just stared at me waiting for me to say something is was of holding her call. WILL NOT stay here again."
