「Booked a valley castle room w king bed for one night in late Sep. Room was very clean with comfy n up to date decor. Room was big enough and soundproof quality was good. Big garden surrounded hotel n we took a pleasant walk the next day. Should have stayed for one or two nights so as to enjoy swimming pool and other facilities. The historical building was well maintained. Very pleasant stay 」

「There,was only one lift for the whole hotel which was,a really old one and only held 4 people.Our room was,not cleaned or wet towels replaced until we complained of tea tray filled up or bin empties.We had to complain on three r Occasions.There,were no bed side lights so if you got out in the night you had,to fumble for a switch.So had,to buy a torch ,.a A notice said it bathroom floor gets set it is,slippery.Surely bathroom flooring should be slip proof.Bathroom was cramped with a ridiculous...

「Lovely place to stay - really in amongst nature. Felt everything was 5* and catered for family and pets - the swimming pool steam and sauna are a bit tired and could do with a facelift - but still very usable !」
