「O hotel de uma forma geral é ótimo. Excelente o café da manhã e tamanho dos quartos. O atendimento na chegada foi excelente pelo funcionário. Não anotei seu nome. Pedi várias explicações e imprimiu tudo que solicitei. Merece um elogio. 」

「Considering how expensive Switzerland is, this cozy hotel is value for money. The tram is just right downstair. The staff are warm and welcoming. For example, at breakfast, when there was freshly baked croissant, the staff came around and handed out the hot and fresh croissant. When I checked-in too late, around 23:00, the staff was nice and patience. 」

「The hotel was very well located for public transport and dining options/ supermarket - the staff were friendly - there was a useful fridge in the room. Although there was no air con, fans were provided which worked well in the heat. 」
