"Dear Hilton Guest Assistance Team, I am writing to formally express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding my recent stay at the Hilton Vacation Club Tahoe Seasons Lake Tahoe. During my four-night stay, my room was never cleaned or serviced once. Throughout the duration of my visit, I repeatedly contacted the front desk requesting housekeeping, as towels, trash, and general upkeep were becoming an issue. Each time I was told that full housekeeping was only provided for guests staying a full week, and that the best they could offer was a “tidy up.” However, despite these assurances, no tidy-up service was ever provided either. This left me in the unacceptable position of having to take out my own trash, repeatedly call for clean towels, and manage the basic upkeep of the room myself. By the end of the stay, trash and used towels had accumulated due to the lack of housekeeping support. What made the situation even more frustrating was observing other rooms on the same floor receiving daily housekeeping service, which made the lack of service for my room even more confusing and concerning. This experience fell far below the standards I associate with the Hilton brand. Cleanliness and basic room servicing during a multi-night hotel stay should not require repeated calls to the front desk, nor should guests be left to handle these responsibilities themselves. I would appreciate clarification on the housekeeping policies at this property and an explanation"

"This place is a total win—straight-up 10/10. Rooms are super clean, feel really nice, and the price is honestly a steal. Location is perfect, everything’s close by. Staff are genuinely kind and on top of things. We had a tiny issue with our first room and they moved us to a better one in like five minutes, no drama. The little kitchen is so cute and actually well-thought-out—makes staying here feel way more comfortable than your average hotel. Loved it. Would stay again in a heartbeat."
