Great location

"The hotel is in a great location, only a 5-10 minute walk to the main pedestrian area of Old Hoi An. The room was fairly basically furnished, comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean with a good shower. Breakfast was good - wide selection on the buffet in the morning. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was a bit chilly but OK for a quick dip."

"Great location that was near to night market and lantern boat ride. Many shops nearby and eating options. Booked a room with balcony but disappointed to get the first floor and hence was not much use. Breakfast spread was limited. Staff were friendly and very helpful, which was the highlight of the stay."

"Bliss Hoi An Beach & Wellness Resort truly lives up to its name, as our stay there was a blissful experience from every aspect. The food options were great, including 24-hr room service; the staff was amazing (Lam (Restaurant Manager), Buu, Thu, Y (pronounced Eee), and Sue (Guest Services) were incredibly attentive to our every need and made sure that each moment of our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The Spa offers a wide variety of incredible services at unbelievably low prices, and its facility is top-notch for creating a magical, serene environment. I could say more about the resort, but I would highly recommend people just checking it out for themselves - you'll be quite pleased."

"We got a room upgrade as we've made two separate booking. So that was very much appreciated. To resort is a bit dates, but comfortable. Very relaxing to stay as it's near the crowded area, but slightly away from it "

"Our two-night stay was enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and truly went above and beyond; they even proactively reached out to us to arrange an airport pickup, and the price was notably cheaper than getting a Grab ourselves. Our room was quite decent, and we particularly liked the charming, traditional Vietnamese decor. The location truly stands out, offering super easy access to the Old Town, as well as a variety of restaurants, spas, and bars right nearby. The only small issue we encountered was with the bathroom's water flush, which could be improved."

"This is a beautiful local. A tropical paradise located right on the river. So close to everything, including the night market, shops and restaurants. I wish I had booked more days here. The staff are very friendly too, and definitely add the breakfast to your room charges."
