「The boss of homestay is warmhearted and helping. They exchanged money, order all kinds of tickets and gave good suggestions. Plus, we left our passports in our room after check out, they delivered them from Hoi An to Da Nang free of charge.」

The homestay is located at a very convenient location which we can access to the night market and the riverside with a 2-minute walk. Unexpectedly, we didn’t hear any noise from the busy bars and restaurants that were just one block away. The breakfast was nice and the owner was nice enough to let us eat a bit earlier so we could grab a quick bite before the local tour starts.」

「From the moment I arrived, Miss Ten was so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet and air conditioned. The shower was enclosed, which was a first for me in Vietnam. Water prices from the mini bar were good and she invited me for lunch with her and her family, which I had to decline, but it was a lovely offer. The location is excellent. There are bicycles you can take for a ride around the area. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hoi An. 」

「Serene Riverside was a quiet resort, just outside the Old Town hustle and noise. 10 minute walk to both the old town as well as night market. staff was very helpful in booking excursions, arranging transport to DaNang , suggesting activities (memory show). Beach a $3usd cab ride facility clean. free peddle bicycles. breakfast had many options. i would highly recommend 」

「飯店在巷弄內，晚上很安靜，可以睡的很好，走路到大街約10分鐘，不會太遠，位置很好！ 房間剛進入有點潮濕的味道，打開通風後會好很多，浴室熱水器要先打開開關才有熱水，水壓正常，但廁紙太潮濕都皺皺的，也可能我們去的期間一直下雨的關係...晚上可以先挑選隔日早餐，飯、麵、越南麵包都有，附飲料和水果，口味較清淡，分量適當！兩隻店狗可愛親人，老闆也很親切都會主動打招呼，家庭出遊選擇連通房很便利！」

「We were provided with fruit on arrival which was lovely. Our rooms and bathrooms we’re extremely clean. The triple room with balcony was so spacious although it was too hot to be on the balcony. Room had aircon, fridge, TV and hairdryer. Kettle if requested. Iron and iron board for use downstairs. Guests are requested to take their shoes off at the main entrance. Slippers are provided to walk to and from your room. Friendly helpful staff who advised me the hotel is only one year old....
