Only issues the we had was, there was no luggage stand nor ironing board (although provided one when asked for it) and the fridge seemed to freeze our drinks. 「For the price I paid I would have thought that I would have a newly remodeled room and bathroom or a suite but that was not the case. I was put in a room that had maintenance issues, part of which they took care of at 11:00 pm so kudos for that, however, I should have never been put in that room or moved rooms once it was brought to their attention. Everything was clean but was outdated and I wouldn’t rate anything excellent but good. Definitely wasn’t a great value. The staff was friendly and...

「The tranquil setting in the woods is perfect for a New River getaway. The screened in porch with hot tub was a real bonus. Fire pit, outdoor grill and kitchen made for a great stay. The location - close to the bridge and visitor center - was super convenient.」
