Taj Bangalore
As usual a great stay — this is my go-to when I catch the BA flight to London. The spa was a little disorganised regarding a pre-booked appointment but the manager (didn’t get her name unfortunately) went above and beyond to resolve the issue.

Rooms are clean. Location is convenient. It would have been wonderful if we were able to enter/leave the hotel without exiting the building (there is a door inside the building but it is closed).
