「Lori was amazing. Well checking in her sense of humor made us laugh and welcome us home. From all the rooms that I have stayed in ,hands-down this one was the best. It wasn’t even a room. It was more like a condo , which was amazing. Had a wonderful time there we enjoyed every minute of it. Can’t wait to stay again.」

「Before we book，we called the reception to inform that we have 2 young children,9y&6y, and they didn't tell us there is an additional 20USD for children,but after we arrived, the reception asked for 20USD for my children. I accepted it, but not happy about this.」

「The outdoor public sports facilities are very good, there are basketball courts, tennis courts, swimming pools, the surrounding environment of the cabins is very bad, the greening is not good, the vegetation is bare loess, the slopes of the paths are very steep, and it is difficult for the elderly to walk.」

Jennifer, the Hotel Manager, went to extraordinary lengths to facilitate my very late arrival, even upgrading my room. She was fantastic. I also stayed an extra night. The breakfast spread both days was delicious and varied. The view is superb. Highly recommended.」
