The web site I used and email I got from hotels.com stated air-conditioning was included when it fact it was not and the room was 20% higher than quoted and pre-paid for. No toilet paper provided,. (We we left with 5 napkins for toilet) No room service, The sheets were never changed in my 10 day stay.. Front door lock sticks, it has taken me up to 5 minutes to open, even after a week. Needs a working key and lock. No shelves in closet. No where to put luggage. Blanket and sofa had small stain. The shower is the smallest I have ever been in, so small the shower curtain sticks to you. There is limited hot water. If other people in the building took a shower there were times no hot water. The good side is the room is spacious with excellent view of water, probably the best view. Balcony and cloths drying rack a plus. Two sofa's for sitting or storing luggage a plus. Very nice Kithenate with mini oven and toaster a plus. In conclusion I would not rent due to the dishonest management in charging for air-conditioning, there are much better values.

Hyvä näkymä kauniiseen satamaan. Parvekkeella kaksi kovaäänistä, vettävuotavaa ilmastointikonetta, homeelta haiseva suihku ja homeinen suihkuverho,hirveät ja epäkuntoiset hanat, kostea, kylmä, vetoinen, lämmittimet pitivät kovaa ääntä, sängyt olivat vanhat ja huonot, keittiö alkeellinen.Ei kahinkeitintä, mikroa ta hiustenkuivainta. Rikkinäisiä lamppuja, porraskäytävä epäsiisti, ulko- oven avain ei toiminut hyvin, majoituksesta ei merkintää talon ulkopuolella, puhelimeen ei vastattu, osoite oli googlemapsissä väärin merkitty, talon numeroa tai osoitetta ei ollut tiedoissa.

Fantastic views from the blue

Fantastic views and position. The price was fantastic for three nights and the service was excellent if required. Good location and atmosphere in and around the area and we went away very happy. Would definitely go back again.

Double booking - unprofessional service

I booked a room for two nights, other wise staying up at the mountain area. I checked myself in around 4 pm, room was really hot, otherwise ok. When coming back from the walk and dinner, ithere were some ones else’s luggage’s in the room, mine were away. They explained with very unprofessional way, that by accident I got a wrong room. My things have been taken down to he shop. With very confusing way they tried to offer accommodation from some other place. They returned the payment, but money for not the issue. Finally I drove back up to mountain hotel. I hope all the best for their family business, but they can’t treat customers like cattle.

Wrong hotel in different place. After a booking request email with the appropriate data of the correct hotel and place, a reservation was made to a different wrong hotel AND the cost has not been refunded!

The location is amazing, just in front of a lovely harbour! The staff is kind and helpful. It's clean and comfortable. We slept very well. We loved our stay in the Blue Apartment.

This property is a little jewel waiting to be found! Located on a gorgeous seaside street in Hersonissos, the apartments have a stunning view of the beach and the port. The owner Costas did everything possible to make my stay pleasant and even woke at 4am in the morning to get me to the airport by 5am. The only tiny detail was that the shower had no wall fixing - only a hand held shower head. But apart from that, I was truly delighted with the accommodation.

Ich war 12 tagen in diesem Appartement von der größe war es in Ordnung die Hygiene war es eine Katastrophe es wurde kein einziges mal geputzt Bettwäsche und Handtücher nur auf anfragen sowie Klopapier für putzen sollten wir extra zahlen da wir angeblich nicht viel bezahlt hätten laut aussagen des Vermieter das Badezimmer Alt alles verostet es kostete für mich jedesmal überwindung das Badezimmer zu nutzen vobei ich auch Herpes bekommen habe die nacht habe ich nicht schlafen können da bis Morgens gefeiert wurde es ging durch bis fast 6 uhr morgens ich musste mir die Ohren verschliessen Oropack kaufen damit ich wenigstens 1 std schlafen konnte der Vermieter sagste mir bist du vielleicht zu empfindlich lächerlich Klimaanlagen ging nicht und wenn dann nur für 5 Euro extra pro Tag damit war ich gezwungen die Balkon tür auf zu lassen also im großen und ganzen Leute lasst die finger von das ist nichts es gibt schönere und saubere Unterkunft vor allem ruhigere wo man auch zum schlafen kommt ich habe noch nie sowas schlechtes gehabt in Griechenland

What an amazing jewel of Crete! This apartment was a complete surprise! The location was in the heart of the area and the view was breathtaking from our balcony. We went with our family (2 girls 7 and 9) and had the time of our lives. Thank you to the amazing management! A complete must go ... we will be back!
