Von unseren 14 Tagen Aufenthalt hatten wir an 3 Nächten Lärm während der Nacht von Gästen welche den Pool benützen und laute Gespräche führten. Die Aussicht aufs Meer der Zimmer Terrasse war super. Das Doppelbett war sehr bequem. Wir waren sehr zu frieden.

Mega tolle Anlage

Die Hotelanlage mit dem Strand, Pool, Massage, Bars und Maniküre/Pediküre Angebot ist super. Der Hotel Zustand soweit in Ordnung, viele kleine Einrichtungen besonders im Zimmer fehlen unserer Meinung nach, jedoch ist das gesamte Hotel in einem sauberen und guten Zustand. Das Essensangebot jedoch bewegt sich jedoch auf sehr tiefem Niveau. Das "Restaurant" ist nichts anderes als ein normales Selbstbedienungsbuffet. Obwohl einiges geboten wird, die Qualität des Essens ist richtig schlecht. Z.b: Die Früchte sind entweder nicht reif oder verfault, sämtliche Nudeln/Reis/Spaghetti schwimmen im Butter und schmecken auch so, die Getränke (Cola etc) sind alles billige Kopien vom Original und schmecken nach nichts als Shampoo oder Putzmittel.

fight for the room you reserved

The front staff was trying to put me into a substandard room I called a dungeon, when I reserved an ocean from superior room…they lied and said they were fully booked. when i insisted for 30 minutes they somehow found the room that I reserved. After the commotion it turned out to be a pleasant stay. During checkin they failed to inform me the safe-deposit box was an additional charge of $2 and it was not convenient for me to return to the desk. It was an on going joke as we commonly heard..oh "that is an additional charge" and only 30 min of free wi-fi is available. Should be marketed as "partial inclusive"

Average hotel, but excellent beach and view.

Everything was good except the quality of food and the hotel itself. Food was average at best, hotel room too small and too outdated. Main warderobe closet had water dripping from the air conditioning system that hotel staff was unable to fix. Small CRT television was probably as old as the hotel itself. On the other hand, hotel exterior was very nice, beach clean and close to the hotel. Overall, it was a good vacation, but price paid was way too high when taking hotel factor into account.

Super Hotel, nette Mitarbeiter , saubere Zimmer

Wir fahren seit 7 Jahren in dieses Hotel . Bekommen auch meistens unser wunschzimmer( wenn frei) . Sehr nette Mitarbeiter und wir haben immer viel Spaß mit den Animateuren . Zimmer sind immer tip top, gutes Essensangebot und Strand direkt vor dem Hotel ! Jedes Jahr ein muss
