Great stay

Great hotel, and I especially like how Adult area is segregated from kids one (swimming pools and a bar). The sea is fantastic! Staff is very helpful, rooms are big and are very clean.

The stay we had at Atlantica Caldera Palace was amazing. The hotel itself was not far from paradise!! The staff were great and there were lots of places around the hotel complex to relax. There rooms were spotless and cleaned daily with fresh towels etc. We would definitely return.

Just completed a weeks stay at the Atlantica Caldera Palace, our first all inclusive. Very much a fly and flop holiday (so no excursions / exploring). Caldera Palace was fantastic, a great room, lovely facilities, great food and exceptional staff (always smiling and helpful) - would we go again, absolutely; would we recommend, definitely.

My family absolutely loved our vacation at this resort, they set the bar for all future holidays. The staff was so attentive and patient, always going above and beyond. The food was outstanding, the shows, the spa. I could go on and on. We didn’t want to leave!

Very nice and posh hotel. But we arrive late so missed dinner, and they left us a couple of sandwiches in the room and some sweets. We ordered a picnic for a day out and didn't have any actual food on it. Only rice cakes and nut hars. We requested a late checkout and it wasn't recorded. They put the request day before and was confirmed. Paid 150 euros (missing 2 meals we could have been offered a discount). We went to bedroom after lunch and card wasn't working because they didn't update in reception the late checkout request. I have to givev4 stars because food was amazing and 3 restaurants included. Daily activities not announce, not much offered. We had to contact social relations manager to get information, but not very helpful at that point.

During our stay we had a very enjoyable time. Visited for my wife’s birthday and had a great experience, the staff was kind and helpful, and added to the fun. The amenities were awesome, on my wife’s birthday the hotel made a great gesture sending her a cake with some certificates to the on site spa and discounts at the on site jewelry store a very sweet and kind gesture that made her birthday all that more special. The various pools to visit were amazing and the short trip to the beach was great, morning coffees with a spectacular view. Thank you for an amazing experience

Lovely modern property, beautifully laid out. Lots of pools including adults only areas. Several different restaurants. All inclusive food was excellent. Nice beer, shame about the included wine. Own segment of beach just outside property. Small village nearby to wander around. Would recommend to families and couples of all ages.

Brilliant staff serving to the beach, along with most of the staff we came across, with a other notable mention for the maid we had. A la carte dining options were well worth doing and much better than most other all inclusive hotels weve visited, although booking on the system was difficult and could be improved. Lovely hotel with nice modern rooms. Only other point to families, is that the pool area next to the beach is the adults only zone, which is a large area of the pools that are available- the size of this area wasn't overly clear when booking. All in all though a really nice place which is run well

Property was disceiving upon arrival. After walking around the first day we realized how large and beautiful this property really was. We were helped daily by a person on their staff named "Efrosini". She provided sooooo much information to my wife. She assisted us with everything. Efrosini definately needs to be nominated for employee of the year !!! So friendly, so quick to assist, always with a smile. Glad we chose this resort and Efrosini made it that much more enjoyable 🙂

I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel, we had a swim up suite which was perfect with a great view of the sea. The food was amazing and the staff so brilliant. The only downside was the drinks and I wish there had been an option to updgrade to a premium package as it did spoil the holiday a bit. The best thing about the hotel was the lovely entertainments team in the evening, a special mention to the brilliant Jorje who delighted us each evening with his singing and even serenaded me on my birthday. What a lovely guy! Andy was also fabulous and the saxophone player all 3 super talented. Some parts of the hotel could have used a cosmetic update but honestly I loved the hotel and would come back.

Our stay was exceptional! From the start, we had ongoing communication prior to our arrival, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Despite our short notice, the hotel graciously accommodated an early check-in. To celebrate our girls' trip, which included a birthday and a bachelorette, they went above and beyond by sending complimentary fruits, drinks, and cake to our room. We were thrilled to receive an upgrade to a room with a private swim-up pool, making our stay even more special. The staff and services were just exceptional! Although we encountered a minor issue with our key entry and had to wait an additional 15 minutes for maintenance, the staff immediately offered us free drinks, which was incredibly generous and unnecessary but highly appreciated. Their accommodating nature and dedication to making our experience beautiful truly stood out. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a memorable and delightful stay. Thank you to everyone who made our trip unforgettable!

The service we received at Atlantica Caldera Palace was exceptional from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with mojitos for us to enjoy while we checked in. The hotel wasn’t certain what time we would arrive, so had arranged food and drinks to be provided for us in our room. It was also our honeymoon and the hotel wasn’t aware before we arrived. On our second night we returned to the room to find a bottle of wine, fruits and other snacks and a letter from the hotel to congratulate us and offer us special offers to use in the hotel which was a very thoughtful gesture. We arranged different dinining options at the a La carte restaurants with Veronica on the PR desk. She was very helpful and arranged everything for us and also made some recommendations for places to visit. The service really could not be faulted throughout the hotel. The housekeepers were expetional and every evening we returned to find our beds had been turned down and chocolate left on the pillows. Katrina, one of the waitresses, was incredible. She was so friendly and personable and made such an effort for our stay. She insisted we tried different local liquors and told us a bit about each one. She really was an asset to the hotel. There were a number of other waiters and waitresses and bar tenders that were brilliant in the adult bar and the adult dining area.

We booked the family suite with private pool. The rooms were really nice; clean and spacious. Had a slight few problems with the lighting control as the whole suite (living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms) were connected so it was complicated to use. Aircon was also a problem as it kept switching off. The private pool is quite small. Staff are ok, not rude but not welcoming either. Mini bar in the room only had 2 bottles of water so we asked for extra 2 as we had 4 people in our suite. The staff was very hesistant and said they only give 2 bottles a day. He then gave us 1 extra "this time only". All inclusive does not mean all inclusive. There are alot of subcharges. All restaurants and cafes close at 10.30/11pm so if you arrive later than this or feel hungry after this time, then you'll have to pay for food (room service). The main restaurant where we ate breakfast lunch and sometimes dinner, was good. Breakfast and lunch are usually the same more or less, but they have different cuisine each day for dinner. So all in all, a good choice of food for the week. We managed to get booking for the greek BBQ (€15 per person) which was really fun. Live music and performance. Would definitely recommend. There are other restaurants in the hotel that doesnt charge extra - we tried the tex mex and thai. Both are ok, not the best but not terrible. Indoor pool, sauna and gym are all extra costs. They are located in the spa area and we was told it was a €25 fee to use.
