「The website for making reservations for Days Inn was horrible. As I advanced through the process the dates were changed several times. Shame on me for not double checking the date at the last stage because it was wrong. I was charged for a day that I didn't want. I immediately tried to change it but was told that the manager would have to approve any refund or change. We would have accepted credit for another time, but no.
