We had dinner and breakfast at Capriccio, drinks at the Lobby bar and of course, enjoyed the Duck Parade. "First room was dirty, hair in bed. New room was fine. Loud kids were running up and down the hallway all night. Breakfast was closed an hour early. While we were getting food, staff came and started putting food away as if they didn’t see us getting the food. We then had to ask multiple times for them to bring us back items like syrup and cups. How can you end breakfast early and tru to subtly refuse to accommodate people that were already getting food before you decided to close down early! Weird. We and other guest had to ask guy multiple times for stuff that he was putting away as we were fixing our plates. Very rude and weird."

"Ice maker on the 5th floor… stayed during a storm lost power no generator so from 945pm til I check out the next morning at 830 am no power … never do staff check on anyone I understand it is a large hotel but could have made some effort… when asked what would of happened if a person needed power for medical reasons was told they would have to call ambulance… to rack up an extra bill some may not be able to afford…"
