Absolutely wonderful property and staff. The only place to stay in Hermosillo if you want to enjoy the amenities of a five star hotel, and be welcomed and supported by an entire hotel staff

The property was cleaning the restaurant is great but the room the sofa was duty you can’t sit on because you doesn’t know what is the dirty the refrigerator was dirty like the last client spill something in the refrigerator and the cleaning staff didn’t clean on the bed has two decorative pillows was dirty and looks bad because supposed to be clean bed. The bathroom was clean.

I travel every week, and have stayed at hotels all over the world. This hotel is the absolute best hotel, with the best staff that I have ever visited. I have stayed here maybe 25-30 times, and have never had an issue. I will always stay at this property. Thank you for the great service!

Never disappoints

This was just a short stay this time but we have stayed several times at Marsella 45 and it never disappoints. We were at an event and came back and needed a small bite to eat. As it was a warm evening we sat outside. The cocktail menu is great and we both had one of the house signature cocktails and their Avocado which was followed by a Pizza and some local wine. It is always very relaxing to stay here and for us it is extremely convenient.

3rd time at this property. Seems to be getting less and less. Refrigerator not working ( issues with my meds) and never got fixed in 3 days after I told the ladies twice about it. No coffee pods after cleaning, no more slippers and no more beautiful black bag. Weird for the most beautiful property in HMO ..
