I've stayed at Hotel Lucerna a handful of times over the years and it is probably my go-to in Hermosillo. The location is solid, it's great value for money, and the breakfast is good. The only thing I would suggest is that management make water and coffee available in the lobby for free. I am sure I'll be back multiple times in the years to come.

3rd time here. Fantastic as always. There is an issue with mosquitos and gnats in the bar area…they are annoying while you are trying to enjoy a drink. Staff and amenities were perfect as always.

They were doing construction on the front of the hotel. So the 1st morning woke up to jack hammers. But I asked to change rooms. No problem. I got a room on the other side of the building. Much better second morning. No noise.

It was my first time traveling to Hermosillo, and it was for a wedding. The hotel is nice but the service was not great. Me and my friends arrived directly from the airport in comfortable clothes and some of the staff members where giving us dirty looks like we didn’t belong in their supposed 4 stars hotel. The bartender gave us attitude all the time we were there. He did not want to help us and would take for ever to acknowledge us to take our drinks. They definitely need to work more in their hospitality and not judge their guests by their looks. I did not have a great experience in this hotel. The only way i feel you would have a great experience if you show how much money you have.
