Very friendly staff. We especially loved the guy who helped us in the buffet on New Years Eve and New Year’s Day. He made the experience that much better with how friendly and respectful he was. The women at the front desk were also very kind and attentive. We would come back again and again, incredible service.

This was the second time we stayed here and had the same great experience as the first time. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Location is great and seems pretty safe. Rested comfortably. Parking was secure. We will definately consider Araiza Hermosillo next time we are in town.

This is an excellent option if you are in the city for business or a quick family trip, pool is great, rooms are good enough, place is quiet. But the best part is the staff!!!. People are so nice, they lady doing omelettes in the buffet is just lovely and amazing!!. They waiter attending the evenings (Monday 06/30) is so nice, attentive and respectful!!. All the staff is willing to help and nice to everyone. I’ll come back for sure!!.
