"We spent 3 nights in a really large nice apartment suite with a balcony. We were next to the pool but it was quiet with a nice view of the lake and Monte Bre. The hotel overall is a bit tired and in need of fresh paint, but the grounds were very clean. We loved the pool for a cool break from the heat and crowds of Lugano. Its a trek to find restaurants, even with the bus stop. We found good dinners 12-15 minutes uphill or downhill and skipped dinner the last night. The staff were very friendly and attentive."

"Spacious, bright, clean, comfortable room. Short walk to the lake in the Paradiso area and abot 15mims easy walk along the lakeside to Lugano centre. The Guest House is a lot better on the inside than it looks on the outside!! We opted to pay for parking space at the guest house €20 euros. Street an meter parking is nightmare in Lugano area but there are several pay parking garages fairly close by. We would stay there again if the xhance arose."

"Fabulous boutique hotel. All the staff were exceedingly courteous and helpful. Rooms have incredible views above Lake Lugano and it wasn’t an issue about not being located in the actual town itself, in fact it was a positive, with the hotel running a courtesy shuttle minibus down to the town and back 3 times daily. Restaurant absolutely wonderful with incredible food and wine choices. Bar offers an alternative more relaxed eating option either inside or outside on the lovely terrace. Would highly recommend."
