「The staff was wonderful. we arrived at 2a.m. to no hotwater in our upgraded club floor room, we waited until morning thinking that maybe it was just out after a long day in the hotel and we were exhausted by that point. waking up at 6a.m there was still no hot water.. letting the night agent Erin know she immediatedly checked the situation, got a card to a room with hot water and made it right as soon as she could. overall room was fairly clean... some extra needed to be done in the bathroom...

「Unidentified stains on lamp shades and bed sheets. No sanding or snow removal in parking lot, wall paper peeling all over the room. Shower head leaking and shower door didnt close properly. Staff was rude when checking in and not very helpful. Tables not cleaned off in restaurant, dried ketchup stuck to tables.」
