「Everything was so perfect the late shift the morning staff everyone was phenomenal my favorite was the breakfast. I had managed front end as well as cooked breakfast for the guest and I must say that this was up to my standards I really appreciate everyone of the staff 」

「Wonderful hotel in the heart of town. Shopping and dining is all walkable from the location. Parking can be a little tight if it's a busy weekend, but there is more available up the hill. 」

「We didn’t use the hot tub or pool, but they both looked clean and sparkling! Nice patio furniture for the pool area that looked very comfortable! We had 2 rooms for the night - 1 was remodeled and very modern, while the other was comfortable and okay, just not as nice. The outdoor patio / grilling area looked very inviting, as well as the extra coffee bar/fridge area! 」

「Nicely appointed room… bedroom was just a little cramped. It could have more space with a queen bed. Staff was amazing! Interacted mostly with James and he was helpful and friendly. Always with a smile. 」

「OUTSTANDING HOTEL! When I visit Bisbee again, I'll be sure to rent a room, this time on the first floor to get a different perspective! I did have some paranormal activity the first night I stayed in room 16. The staff were very considerate! Lucy and Bree were very attentive to my needs! 5 STARS!」
