Well located; easy access, about 11 minutes by foot from the closest bus stop, 20 minutes by foot from the K-tel bus station, also very close to other places of interest near the Morozini fountain, dining and shopping area. Very clean, comfortable room accesible by elevator, Super helpful front desk.

We stayed at what is advertised as a 2 bedroom family room, but basically it is 1 room with a hole in the middle for TV connected to a lounge with two beds. There is only one aircon so the people sleeping in the room will be ok but the people in the lounge may be hot during the night (that is what my children said). The room was clean. The best is the location as walkung distance to all the sights in Heraklion and 12 minyte walk to the Archaelogical museum We stayed for one night as we had another accommodation in the island but wanted to visit Knossos and the museum. It is great and convenient for a night or two. It has a car park that charges 10 euros for 24 hours, which is ok priced for Crete. The staff was welcoming and helpful The breakfast was ok. At 111 pounds for one night for four people, it was a bargain.
