Besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit

Einfaches, aber zentral gelegenes Hotel ( direkt am Bahnhof, zugleich leise) mit außergewöhnlich freundlichen, hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter_innen, was alle genießen können, die großzügig mit Deutsch als Fremdsprache sein können. Das Frühstück war besser als im Vier Sterne Hotel im Nachbarort.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und fürsorglich. Das Gebäude ist alt und nicht auf dem neusten Stand, aber es ist alles sauber und alles da, was man benötigt. Sehr zentral gelegen.

Ten eerste is sprake van een gedateerd hotel gelegen op een punt waar men niet b's-lij van wordt. Het hotel staat op een dubbel kruispunt met veel verkeer en een station met zeer veel treinverkeer. De treinen rijden bij wijze van spreken zowat door de kamer heen alleen al vanwege de herrie. De betreffende dag was het ten eerste erg heet met temperaturen boven de 35 graden met als gevolg dat alle ramen wel open moesten staan. 's-Avonds heel veel mensen op straat die in de Al Stadt zijn uitgeweest met als gevolg zeer rumoerig door het aantal nog nafeestende mensen met de nodige drank op tot in de late uurtjes. Vanwege het niet aanwezig zijn van een airco waardoor de ramen open moesten blijven werd het een zeer warme rumoerige nacht waardoor slapen bijkans niet mogelijk was. Om even over 5 uur begonnen de treinen alweer te bulderen. Al met al geen succes/

Simples mas limpo e bem atendido. O café da manhã tambem é simples mas completo. A proximidade com a estação ferroviária não causa problemas maiores. Tudo compativel com o preço.

Hotel liegt am Bahnhof, sehr laut und ungemütlich. Das Personal hat sich sehr bemüht, aber es ist kein Hotel zum Weiterempfehlen, tut mir leid. Es muss renoviert werden!

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Hotel is alleen wat gedateerd en heeft veel achterstallig onderhoud. Locatie is prima. Dicht bij het mooie en gezellige centrum van Eppenheim.

Rustige locatie met mooi uitzicht

Goede locatie maar de keuken was gebaseerd op eigen producten en dat viel voor ons een beetje tegen omdat alles met het zelfde hoofd bestanddeel was knodel

Leider liegt das Hotel in der nähe vom Bahnhof, Das Frühstück war in in Büfet aufgebaut und lies keine wünsche offen. Die Zimmertüren sind noch mit Schüsslloch versehen, ein Zylinderschloss währe für das Sicherheitgefühl Angebrachter. (Standard ).

Hotellet ligger lige op til en meget trafikeret jernbanestation, og vinduet i værelset var defekt, så vi kunne ikke lukke det rigtigt, hvorfor nattesøvn ikke var det vi fik mest af. Vi valgte ikke at gøre noget ved det, da vi først fandt ud af det over midnat og vi kun skulle overnatte den ene nat. Betjeningen var sød og behagelig, og morgenmaden alsidig, med bl.a. frisk tillavet røræg med skinke

Nice cosy and friendly place

Nice cosy "Gaststube" and with an ok breakfast. A cheap and freindly place to stay for a day or two. The rooms are not the most luxury ones you can find but still that is ok for the price. The hotel can get noisy if there are many guests and you can easily hear the neigbour snore(and other things) during the night.

övernattning i Heppenheim

Vi valde detta hotell för att det var det enda på hotels.com med gångavstånd till den gamla otroligt mysiga stadskärnan i denna lilla stad i Tysklands minsta vindistrikt. Jag trodde det låg lantligt men hotellet låg granne med järnvägs-stationen och huset skakade för varje passerande tåg. Första intrycket var att hotellet var lite schabbigt och hem för gästarbetare. Bortser man från första chocken, så var rummet rent och man sov faktiskt bra trots 30 graders värme utan AC. Bra frukost.

Mediokert hotell lite slitet och nött men fungerade att sova en natt på. Inte så bra engelskakunskaper hos personalen men de gjorde så gott de kunde och det va bra ! Frukosten va bra.

Einfaches, in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Zimmer waren sehr sauber und zweckmässig. Kein Kühlschrank, keine Kaffeemschine. Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und frisch. Bedienung schnell und freundlich. Würde wieder übernachten.

Ok hotel in a beautiful part of Germany

Friendly staff, comfortable beds and a good breakfast. You should like trains, however. They pass just outside the hotel and make your bed shake a little.
