訂完付款完成後抵達民宿，詢問民宿人員告知沒有看到訂房紀錄，因時間已晚故另外再找了一間，入住後接獲人員洽電有看到資料，但因已入住其他間，民宿表示查帳完會協助退款目前還未收到款項，煩請協助查詢，謝謝。
