韓德森維爾Spa 飯店，旅行前必看！

「We had high expectations for this resort and spa. The reality is that it is so massively overpriced for what it is. To start, they don’t tell you, but they don’t work well with Expedia. There is no front desk, so you get a message with room number and code. Except that is not your actual room number. When our code didn’t work, we called the number in the listing and they said since we were Expedia, they just wait for us to call to get a room number. Then they gave us the “upgrade” to the top...

「Pool area had no clean pool towels . No one in the area checking on this . Stable where horses and goats were had extremely dirty water that looked like it hasn’t been changed in days. Food at the restaurant was below average. Many food items were not available. Prices are very high for what you get . Understaffed. Mosquitoes were all in the pool bathroom and sauna areas. Game room was a mess no one around to keep it tidy .cold plunge not working Pro : room was clean and linens were clean...

「This is a WONDERFUL resort! It's in a wonderful setting, near a fun town, and the staff is great. Newman's restaurant, part of the resort, is the best restaurant I've had the privilege of enjoying in several years. A bit pricey, but worth the price. My standard for 5 stars is generally Four Seasons hotels and resorts. If Four Seasons operated a very small boutique inn, this would be it.」
