「I stayed in Hotel stad en Land with my husband and 2 kids. We had a connected room with a double bed and 2 single beds at the uppermost floor. Staff are nice and the room condition is a lot better than I expected for such a historic building. It is opposite to the train station. Cheese market and car parks are within 10 minutes walk. No elevator may be a little drawback.」

「This hotel is a very new build. Family owned. Everything was new and clean, the rooms are very spacious with a very spacious bathroom to go with it. 「Beautifully renovated historic building with beautiful garden and a top-notch restaurant. The new lift is especially good, saving us the effort to wrestle luggages up the steep stairs typically of older Dutch buildings. Quiet surroundings at the historic city center. Very nice and helpful staff. Oh, and the breakfast is well worth the money. Everything is tasty.」
