「Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before...

「Very clean larger rooms, and the bed is very comfortable. We booked a Queen room with breakfast and everything was above average. The staff are all amazing and very helpful. The train is 45 seconds out the front door, and is very easy to get into the city, airport, or any place from there. A lot of good places to eat at within a 4-10 minute walk. We will be staying here again on our future trips to the Netherlands for sure. 」
