The old world charm and the lovely, patient staff. Siri was so sweet and helpful, with many great tips about the surrounding area and city attractions. The breakfast was delicious and very convenient.

Det är andra gången vi bor på detta trevliga hotell. Även denna gång tycks vi ha blivit uppgraderade då vi fick det stora rummet Lady Ruuth med 2 dubbelsängar, soffgrupp och egen balkong mot stadsparken. Den vackra kakelugnen gav en mysig, gammeldags stämning. Mysigt litet frukostrum där det kändes som att man fick på café. Brödet var fantastiskt gott och det fanns det mesta man kan förbänta sig av en hotellfrukost även om utbudet inte var lika brett i varje kategori som hos några av konkurrenterna. Exempelvis fanns honungsmelon medans första hotellet vi bodde på erbjöd uppskuten frukt i form av 3 sorters melon, ananas, apelsin etc.

Rummet var gammalt, kändes inte fräscht, vi hittade ett gammalt paket näsdukar på golvet så städningen var inte särskilt noggrann. Förstår inte hur detta hotell kan vara 4-stjärnigt. Frukosten var också en besvikelse. Det fanns för lite sittplatser och mycket av maten fylldes inte alls på trots att det var 1h kvar tills frukosten skulle sluta. Vi väntade 45 minuter utan att det fylldes på.

Mycket bra !

Läget jättebra, nära till allt 😊 Rent och snyggt på rummet. Frukosten var bra, förutom den ena dagen som var en helgdag med mkt gäster, då mkt tog slut fort, och med lång väntetid med påfyllning. Ett extra plus var att det serveras lättare kvällsmat på vardagarna som ingår. Trevligt bemötande i receptionen, gullig personal.
