Great hotel, great location

Clean, tidy hotel. Good lobby bar. A lot of interesting areas to explore & sights to see within walking distance. Shops & restaurants nearby. Right next to the train station for easy access.

Great stay.

The hotel is relatively new. Clean and great location. Check in was easy. More than everything, the staff were great! Alison at the breakfast buffet was so wonderful. Receptionists, cleaners were also very friendly. Definitely recommend it!

It was difficult to reach the reception both in person and by phone. The room was cold and I was not able to hear it up though I stayed 3 nights. Parking was excellent and so was the breakfast and the general state of the hotel was good

Very nice hotel. Fantastic view!

Fantastic hotel with an amazing view! Nice breakfast and great service. The only thing we were sad about, was the fact that our air conditioning couldn’t get any lower than 24,5 degrees Celsius. We tried to ask for assistance, but it didn’t help. So the room was a little warm!

Large hotel, modern with international touch

Big hotel by the sea with modern design and international touch. Rooms are small but quiet, comfortable and well equipped. Parking under the hotel, located in the city center with walking distance everywhere. If you get a room with a view enjoy the ocean and the Danish coast line. If you like exercise it’s great to take a jogg by the ocean. Five minutes north there is a public outdoor gym well worth a visit. The hotel has a gym but in the basement with a view of the wall. Highly recommend the outdoor gym, it’s amazing. There is a roof top bar with beautiful views. The pool is outdoor and kind of cool but you have to book a time slot and pay for it. The breakfast is outstanding. Nice staff and freshly made scrambled eggs. Lots of fruit and typical Swedish bread and a large variety of cheese, ham and ”leverpastej”. A must. Don’t forget the ”inlagd gurka” on top. Love it.

Poor service but okay hotel

We booked this hotel because it had a heated pool and we paid 800Skr. more than same standard(and better) hotels. When we came we were told that the pool was beeing maintained and it had been going on for a longer time and it would not be ready during our stay. The least they could do was to update their website! Restaurant and rooftopbar was also closed, without the possibillity to know before arrivel. I you don’t mind about the pool you might as well book another hotel… and if you book it for the pool… good luck!

They dont have air-condition….

When your head-details tells your visitors that you have air-condition in the rooms and you don’t, please change the information. We stayed at the hotel a couple of days in july, when it was 30 degr. We choose this hotel because they advertised with air-condition. But, they didn’t.

The stay was good, but with the four star rating I would have expected a bit cleaner rooms and also that small details like the soap and lotion dispensers would hav been filled up. Now we had an empty lotion dispenser and dirty matress cover and a bit dusty floors as well. Coffee and a water boiler would have been a nice complimemtary service as well and something I’d expect from a 4 star hotel.
