Hence, this is more of a criticism of the platform hotels.com because we received an email that said the booking is confirmed and only much further down the email in small print did it notify that we needed to contact the property 24 hours in advance to make arrangements for access to property. Further down the line, it indicated only a phone number for special requests....

"Dårlig oplevelse. Vask i bad var så lille at det næsten ikke var muligt at vaske sig i ansigtet. Masse af vand løb ned over mit tøj. En vask skal være mindst 45 cm i dybden. Denne kun 24 cm, det holde ikke. Sæbedispenser skulle man vente på efter tryk, da næste tryk først var klar efter flere minutter. Rigtig dårligt da man jo bruger mere end et tryk ved bad. Endvidere ingen tv på værelset. Larm fra gangen, da ingen tæppe på, og så var der en sprække på en cm under døren hvilke gav ekstra...
