"We stayed here one night as we travelled through Germany. The location is a bit out of the way, and is really suited to horse lovers, but it was okay for our needs. We had an upstairs room with a balcony which was okay but it was extremely hot and there was no air conditioning in the room. The WiFi was a bit patchy. The service from the folks there was nice and there was a good breakfast in the morning which was included in the price. "

"The automatic check in took about 40 minutes! The machine did not work well, card payment service was on and off and therefore it created a queue of customers. The hotel emergency phone was picking up random phone calls, for example it never picked mine. Great place for a romantic getaway.
"Hotel was a great place to getaway close to many castles to visit and countryside to take it. The room was set up beautifully and came stocked with snacks and drinks. The hotel restaurant was great we ate there 2 of our 4 nights. The Menu is very accommodating and the staff very friendly and helpful (they have English menus as an option)."
