"On arrival, the main entrance was locked due to an event taking place around the hotel, so I had to find my way in through a side entrance. Reception then informed me I’d need a room key to use the main door, which doesn’t make much sense for a guest who hasn’t checked in yet and has no key. On top of that, water pressure in the shower was quite low, and at 8:30 AM on checkout day, there was nobody at the reception desk to check me out. Possibly just a string of bad luck, but between these...

"Staff were nice but it was hellish stay. There was a heatwave but I couldn’t open the window as there were pigeons nesting. There was excrement all over the window and it seems really unhealthy to be right next to them let alone of they flew into the room. I paid for a room that I couldn’t sleep it. was baking hot and too loud with pigeons coo-ing all night. I stayed until 7am hoping to get breakfast but there were only milk and orange juice to drink. No staff available for tea or coffee....
