"Went there for family matter and graduation. Check-in process was quite uneventful. In general the hotel is quiet including bedrooms area regardless the maintenance that they were doing that day. We arrived on a Friday of a graduation weekend so it’s pretty busy but everything is in order. The neighbourhood. (Battle Ground) is very quiet and quite safe, although they do lock the main entrance at night. Room is clean, a/c is very much easy to use without loud noise or broken features. Definitely a place you’d want to stay at again when visiting Vancouver/Portland area."

"Location convenient to the airport and to city of Vancouver and Portland. The faciity was very clean and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast offered many options and was kept well stocked. Pool was heated and was kept warm enough for a pleaseant evening swim."

"Place is perfectly fine overall. Rooms are pretty dang small for sure. Like, smaller than average. The bathroom (toilet/shower) could not be smaller. You have to squeeze in just to shut the door (And I’m a skinny, middle age guy). Not for anyone overweight or elderly. Small elevator as well. Location was good; rather stay here than in Portland. Breakfast was kinda limited, but perfectly fine. Staff was friendly. Clean hotel. Felt safe. Maybe would stay here again, but I’d also look around too."

"Very courteous staff. The reception staff was helpful and kind. The shuttle drivers were prompt and helpful, especially one driver who gave us tips about the Portland airport and asked questions about our stay and mentioned how he hoped we would come back. Very convenient location to the airport. Clean and well-maintained. Also, a great breakfast buffet compared to other hotel chains, and the young people working the area kept the food fresh and stocked regularly."

"The air conditioner was wonderful. The property is a bit old but it was clean and nice bed. Elevators were broke down. One did work. Not a fan of the restaurant. Very expensive and my breakfast was cold. I had avocado toast and poached eggs. Toast very hard and eggs were over cooked. Not worth 18.00. We did like the staff. Breakfast for us both was 67.00. Husband’s wasn’t great either!! Should be at this price!!!"
