"The lady at the front desk (who studied business in Georgia) was extremely helpful throughout our stay. She organized me a quiet conference room in the hotel where I could take a 2-hour work call and helped when we misplaced a credit card."

"The entire hotel is elegantly laid out and furnished from the Gladiolas in rooms to the sprinkling of sparkle in the bathroom grout. The staff are helpful, authentic and entirely a joy to interact with. Our stay was certainly the highlight of a 4 city tour through the area."

"We had a very good stay at Candlewood Suites Heidelberg, arriving very late after car trouble and finding the accommodation easy to access even at that hour. The room was clean, modern, comfortable and well equipped, with straightforward parking and a convenient location for our onward journey. Great value for money and we would happily stay again."

"The hotel was nice and in a great location. There was no air conditioning, but the large windows in our corner room provided great ventilation. The shower had great water pressure. We loved the location, with trams nearby and downtown within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helped carry our bags upstairs when the elevator was broken. We really enjoyed our stay in Heidelberg, which was definitely a highlight of our trip."
