Netter Empfang und unkomplizierter CheckIn. Wir bekamen als Upgrade die schöne Ferienwohnung. WOW! Ist die schön. Schade, dass wir wegen einer Feier nur für wenige Stunden zum schlafen da waren. Parken (Sa auf So) war problem- und kostenlos um die Ecke auf der Bahnhofstraße.

The Mille Stelle allowed us to store our bags before the arrival time. The room was small but enough room for us to easily move about. There were dining options and shopping within easy walking distance. Water and tokens for coffee were included for each days stay. On our last night, there were people talking outside at 3am. As a light sleeper, this woke me up. But it was only one night out of three. Would recommend the Hotel Mille Stelle.

There was no extension cord although the room only had one plug at the far end of the room far from desk and bedside. THe hotel staff told me that there usually is a tube? for the specific room, but it was missing. I also would appreciate you open the coffee machine all through the night. I wanted hot drink while working late, but the machine had closed down.

Alles war gut, bequem, einfach. Der gratis Kaffee war lecker. Aber die Dusche hatte keinen Druck mit warmem Wasser, nur sehr niedrig. Das kalte Wasser lief gut. Das Waschbecken neben dem Tisch und Bett finde ich komisch und gefängnismäßig.

Dieses Hotel befindet sich am Rande der Weststadt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. Bus- und Straßenbahnlinien befinden sich unmittelbarer Nähe. Man kann aber auch alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Wenn man kein SUV fährt, findet man gut einen Parkplatz in der Umgebung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilsbereit. Der Zugang zu den Zimmern ist sehr gut ausgeschildert. Die Zimmer bieten fast alles was man braucht. Durch die hohen Decken ist das Zimmer ordentlich kühl, was für die Heidelberger Gegend sehr gut ist. Mehrere Haken zum aufhängen von Jacken oder Kleiderbügeln und auch eine Gepäckablage oder Kofferständer wären nicht schlecht. Das Zimmer war sehr sehr sauber, die Betten hatten eine außreichende gute größe und waren sehr weich. Rückenprobleme gab es keine. Wenn es mich wieder nach Heidelberg verschlägt, dann würde ich hier gerne erneut einkehren wollen.

Good value-for-money hotel about a 12-minute walk from Heidelberg central station. Check-in was friendly and quick, room compact but clean and comfortable and the WiFi strong. My only gripe was the uncontrollable shower water temperature that would shift between very hot and very cold without touching the gauge.

Sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, (Gratis-)Kaffee in Lobby war top, Einrichtung gut, Lage gut, Dusche gut, einzig völlig deformiertes Kopfkissen hatte seine beste Zeit hinter sich und ist ein klarer Fall für eine Neu-Anschaffung.

Stayed in the one person room and it was great! Location is close to old town, check in is by yourself but easy to navigate. And there are luggage storage rooms on every floor to keep luggage after checkout (probs before too but I didn’t need to)

The hotel is between the train station and the old town. But the location is not too walk-friendly for both the train station (especially carrying the luggage), and the town area. Self-checkin/checkout. All the detailed instructions are left on the room table. But the staff's response was quick after messaging when I have additional question or request.
