Eneko nos ha explicado lo que es ser pastor y el proceso del queso Idiazabal con detalle y detenimiento. Producen el mejor queso idiazabal que hemos probado en un proceso 100% artesanal. Es un Baserri que lleva en la familia Goiburu 200 años. Ha sido una experiencia inolvidable que sin duda repetiremos!」

「What a wonderful surprise. This is a fabulous, little family run hotel in an amazing location high up on the hill overlooking the sea. The breakfast was very good and the pool looked great. Don’t believe them when they say the walk from the beach is easy, however. It’s quite steep.」

「Loved every thing about the stay, the people were so attentive and kind and couldn’t do enough to assist. The bodega, the quality of the wine and the tapa .. so good. Breakfast was simple but excellent. The room was large and comfortable, my partner said it lacked a couple of aspects from a woman’s perspective, such as mirrors and lighting for makeup and there was no shelf for placing bathroom items. But these are small details and don’t detract from an overall excellent hotel.」

Destacar el personal que trabaja allí, son gente muy profesional y amables. Un lugar para repetir. No me gustó mucho el desayuno, apenas tenían fruta fresca, jamón de no buena calidad y el zumo no es natural, creo que deberían de incluir algo más de variedad, no está incluido en el precio de la habitación, me pareció que la...
