入住時找不到預定資料 我成了幽靈人口 第二天早飯時資料載明我不能吃早飯 可是我買的是含早飯的住宿費 查明了我是含早飯的住宿 卻沒人告知我 請他們幫我叫部計程車去機場 滿口說好 結果原來是一起在門口等計程車 我嚴重誤點 差點錯過班機 後來是求一位野雞車司機讓我搭算人頭費的擠個位子 天啊 讓我回到十幾年前的大陸服務經驗 那就是滿口說好 卻沒一件辦好

I had a pleasant stay in the hotel. It was like an oasis in hustle and bustle of the city. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Overall to be recommended

This is a nice hotel with good service, clean rooms, acceptable prices. In general to be recommended for visitors to Hefei. Unfortunately the location isn't very convenient: Not much to do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel if one wants to go out, and almost all taxi-drivers in Hefei had a problem to find the place, even we had Chinese speaking company and a map with the location. One taxi driver even refused to drive us, because he didn't know the location at all, even when we let him talk to the reception by phone. That might be a problem not so much of the hotel, but the taxi drivers in Hefei - the hotel might consider to do a little effort to advertise the location to the taxi companies.
