Just ok
Gym was nice. Pool was closed . Breakfast was just ok. For breakfast they need to have more choices like : a fresh omelet instead of just cold fried eggs that have been on display for an hour or french toast or pancakes instead of just break or toast.

We apologize for not giving you the most satisfying experience. The hotel swimming pool and gym is a cooperation between the hotel and Zhongjian Ginza Fitness organization, providing free service to hotel guests, from 11:00 noon to 8:00 PM. Due to the New Year's Day holiday, the swimming pool is not open yet, so We are sorry that we did not inform you in time. At the same time, thank you very much for your advice on breakfast. We will convey your advice to the kitchen of the hotel, thank you for your understanding and advice. I wish you a happy life.

The pool was closed the first day. The second day they said it would open at 11:20 but when I go there they said it is open at 1pm. One pool was empty and the other one was half empty about 1 meter deep only. The fitness center was very nice. At check in, get the desk clerk's wechat link to communicate, becuase none of them speak English. However, wechat does translate well and they did communicate through there. My friend paid extra to have an executive room but there was no executive lounge as he thought it might have. The fitness center is open 11AM TO 8PM, VERY few hours a day, so rather inconvenient for early birds or night owls. Also, I had to recharge my card for the next day, they did not set my card to activate the room two days in a row. All in all, the Best Western in 1912 in Hefei is slightly better than this one. One good thing is that it is next to a huge shopping mall and just nearby other places too.

We are sorry that we did not give you the most satisfying experience. The hotel swimming pool gym is a cooperative project between the hotel and China Construction Ginza Fitness Organization. It provides free service for hotel guests from 11 noon to 8 PM. Due to the New Year holiday, the swimming pool is not open yet, so I am very sorry for not informing you in time. The executive lounge is on the eighth floor. Since you have changed rooms with your friend, the front desk of the hotel has not been informed that you are staying in the room for two days in a row. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. We will strengthen our staff's English training so that we can better communicate with you. Thank you for your understanding and support. Best wishes for you

Sehr zu empfehlen. Im Winter ist es etwas kalt, aber das liegt an der Beweise selbst. Ansonsten ist es ein absolut schönes und gepflegtes Hotel. Besonders die Dusche bzw. Das Bad sind in Erinnerung geblieben
