Check-in was not smooth; same thing people have complained about - the digital key via the app didn't work; inconvenient when you're tired after a long trip. They did respond quickly and sent someone to give us the physical keys. The digital key worked the next day.」

「I absolutely loved my stay at the Ruby Louise! I stayed as a solo traveler in a cozy room and it was perfect. The room was clean, well stocked for supplies (including 2 different scents for body wash which I appreciated) and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel felt very safe, the only access without a room card was to the 6th floor where both the reception and 24 hr bar were and I was surprised how quiet it was.
