"I was really disappointed in the cleanliness of the hotel and pools. The pools had algae and black mould on grouts and pool walls. The pool filters are disgusting and the indoor pool windows are horrifically dirty! In our room we had blood on the shower curtain and tub, the shower liner wasn’t attached to the wall properly, there are stains all over the carpet and ceiling, and a dirty extension cord to plug in your charger beside the bed. The other side of the bed you couldn’t even plug in the lamp as there is no electrical outlets. There was a hole in the floor at the bed with the carpet covering it. And one front desk lady and a valet were lovely but other staff were cold and unapproachable. I was expecting so much more for the price. We spent more time outside of the hotel seeing the town instead of at the resort. So disappointing. I have stayed at cheap chain hotels that are better kept than this resort. "

"The room was cool and the heating a manual system but worked well once you put it on and adjusted the dial for the temperature. The room was spacious, quiet and bed/pillow were comfortable. Good room coffee provided plus fridge and microwave."

"I got charged twice for the same night. am trying to rectify that through the hotel and Expedia."

"We stayed in a suite for four people, and overall it was a great experience for a short stay. The room was very clean and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all of us. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. The only downside was that the WiFi wasn’t working properly during our visit. Other than that, everything was good, and we would consider staying here again."

"Very pleasant stay above expectations. The pool and sauna are both great and are open 24h . Free coffee and tea 24h also. Very cool staff. Decorations and furniture are outdated but we loved the vibe."
