"We went to have a night out away from home and got everything we needed. It was relaxing from the moment we stepped in the door. We got a welcome drink went to our cozy room with a fireplace. We enjoyed the hot tub, park let and small gardens. The massage at the spa was great. Altogether the kind of relaxation a tired parenting couple needed. "

"Great charming place to stay, the building has an old Victorian feel to it. Great decor and location, you can walk around downtown within 5 minutes. The Tower West room has a huge jacuzzi. The breakfast is complementary and is made fresh in house and is really good. We got fresh yogurt fruit parfait (hand made, not from a packet) and freshly prepared omelettes with cheese, bacon and Apples (!)."

"What an amazing trip and stay at the Ruse. From the minute we booked the Stay and Play, Christine at the front desk, was so helpful to answer questions and make our trip spectacular. I cannot say enough about the property and the breakfasts! The 18 hole putting green was so fun. Beds were very comfortable, the golf at the Mayacama was outstanding. We have already decided we are coming back next year."

"Lovely old inn with charm and character, but in need of some repairs and a bit of a facelift. It has the land and potential to be more than it currently is: some touch up paint and maybe some cornhole or croquet in the backyard. Complimentary wine and homemade chocolate chip cookies and delicious breakfast. All in all a nice place to stay in walking distance of the square with restaurants and shops."
