「This is quite a difficult review to write. On one hand, we had a small problem with the hot water(which was fixed promptly in the middle of the night) and the catering could be a bit slow at times. On the other hand, most of the staffs here would take every opportunity to make your stay better. Promptly responding to each of our request and providing knowledges about the islands and wildlifes. 「The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was average as its location was not the best. The breakfast area was dirty and more staff are needed to clean tables and provide utensils plates etc. Meals were below average but the service was great. Caters for families but not for adults without children on extended stays.」

「非常棒的小屋，周围都是房车营地，可以去和自驾房车的老外去聊天，都很热情，在这里预订了航海的项目，并得到了友善的帮助。住的很舒服，到处是鸟，非常漂亮的环境。喜爱这里，还会再来的。洗澡水也非常棒哦！可以自己做饭。」

「酒店适合看海，有一条很文艺范的栈道深入海中。位置离开downtown有一定距离，打车大约8澳币的样子。早餐还不错环境很好，是镇上少数包含早餐的酒店之一。」

「酒店是好的，只是經過颱風後，整個Airlie beach都受損了。 酒店沒有電力，職員提供了三個驅蚊小蠟燭，剛夠照明至入眠。 沒有電力，熱水爐都提供不到熱水了，幸好我們那天尚有舊有儲存下來的温水。 酒店職員親切友善。 房間床鋪浴室都是潔淨的，很好。 酒店地點不在商業大街，開車會比較方便，而酒店內就有免費停車位置。」
