「Our journey from Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Post Falls, Idaho, was quite lengthy, especially with seven young children in tow. However, our experience at the Hyatt Inn was exceptional from check-in to check-out. Having stayed at many Hyatt locations over the years, I can confidently say that this was the best customer service I have ever encountered. Every member of the staff, from the front desk team to the restaurant and bar personnel, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction....
