Clean room, attentive staff. The only thing i frowned upon was the breakfast food because everything, from the eggs to the bacon to the waffles tasted like fish. This hotel is absolutely stunning if you love nature and tropical vibes. Staff can escort you to and from your room to the hotel lobby, or to take a taxi. Everyone is super friendly I have no complaints!

It's ok. Convenient location, nice sized rooms. Be able to walk and climb many stairs to get to your room. Only 1 good option that is meh, staff is unresponsive, slow, and will just lie to make you go away and not deal with you on anything - even trivial things like getting a cab in the morning.
