A really gorgeous unit in the vineyard - everything was of a luxurious quality and the bottle of wine and cheese/biscuits was a lovely gesture. Would have loved to have stayed longer.

Beautiful quiet villa situated in a fantastic location with quail at the doorstep, wine in the fridge and a 1965 MF tractor doing the mahi in the vineyard. Loved our stay will be back for sure!

Amazing - no complaints at all. Clean. Great accommodation with super-modern appliances (even had a Weber barbecue. Peaceful, but still walking distance from wineries and H.N. Would definitely stay again.

Don't hesitate, book this place.

This place is amazing. What a find. A really beautiful standalone unit, with everything finished to a very high standard. Unexpected and generous touches everywhere - a bottle of wine with cheese and crackers on arrival, plenty of quality coffee on hand, beds with extra duvets. The best accommodation I've ever stayed in in this region, and easily in my top three of all time. The last time I stayed somewhere this well executed was an overwater bungalow in Tahiti. This felt like the vineyard version. We didn't want to leave and will certainly be back.

We loved our accommodation. We do have suggestions. There were only 2 wine glasses and we booked 4 adults. There were only 2 teabags when we arrived and we had trouble with the toilet continually flushing until it had filled the cistern by itself. Was annoying if someone used it during the night as the noise of the cistern went on for a while.

Modern comfortable villa but beware of noise

The villa is modern with high end SMEG appliances. Beautiful view of the vineyard. Welcome cheese, wine and crackers are a nice touch. We would have rated this property higher if our stay wasn't constantly disturbed by the restaurant noise coming from the Black Barn Vineyards. The restaurant played really loud music way past 11pm and we called Noise Control every nights of our stay. We raised the noise issue with the Villa management and she was very apologetic. She raised the issue with the Black Barn event coordinator and was assured that no events were planned for the weekend. However, very loud music again on Valentine Day so we ended up calling the Noise Control. The council car showed up after 30 mins and music stopped! Kudos to the Hastings Council. Anyway, I won't blame the Villa Management though because it is beyond their control that the nearby restaurant management is inconsiderate. I would suggest checking Black Barn Vineyards event calendar.
