「great stay.」

「Our stay did not fully match what we would expect from a 4-star property. During our 7-day visit, towels were not changed, and pool towels required an additional rental fee, which was inconvenient. The spa facilities were limited, and unfortunately the steam room was not working during the peak school holiday period. WiFi connection was also very weak. 「Appart hotel quasi fermé à notre arrivée. Aucun restaurant sur place piscine et spa fermé. Rien de signalé sur la fiche. Appartement sale et frigo degivré ce qui a mis de l'eau partout. Bref on y allait pas que pour ca mais deception」

「Heureusement qu'il y a le ski ...sinon bof! Bien cher pour ce que c'est! Sale! appart, divan, tapis, vaisselle.....ect. ( plus jamais là) et je suis pas un difficile...mais il y a un minimum. Ils profitent des belles pistes et be beau domaine, ils oublient de fidéliser et promouvoir leurs propres établissements. 」
