「We had a great time at Grand Mercure. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the service overall was good. The atmosphere made our stay enjoyable and relaxing. However, there were a few maintenance issues that need attention. The cushions on the balcony chairs and the canopy were very dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned for quite some time.
