"Receptionists were friendly in the morning before we checked out. However, I noticed the door had gaps to see the sunlight from the room before opened the door after check in. I went downstairs to talk to the receptionist the problem around 10p.m., she came to see the gap of the door and she felt nothing. Moreover, the room was full of dust and kettle got rusty terribly with dust. She said, there was no new kettle and all the kettles were the same with rust!
I was surprised the feedback she gave.
The first impression was not so well for the first stay."
