Although the listing stated it was a non-smoking unit, evidence of smoking including odors, stains, and cigarette butts was present in various areas. Trash bags were found on the balcony, and cleanliness throughout the apartment was inadequate; stains and grease were noticeable on surfaces, appliances, and cookware. "Nice looking apartment within walking distance from the train station and a busstop right across the street. Public transport is free in Luxembourg, so you can get to nearly all interesting places by jumping on bus 9. The apartment itself has everything you'd need. Nice modern bathroom and kitchen, and a comfortable living room. The only thing to note was a slight smell in.the kitchen, but that was gone after a day or so. I'm guessing it was due to a cleaning session or maybe an unused drain. "

We had received information a picture of the garage belonging to this apartment, but none of the four keys worked. "The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well, especially as Luxembourg was experiencing a heatwave at the time. Staff were very helpful and approachable. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options and all very fresh and well presented. Enabled a great start to the day sightseeing. The location was a little out of the main city centre and it was 15/20 minute walk into the city centre but the location was ideal for what we were looking for, next to the railway station and the tram/bus stops. We had an excellent stay."
