The staff was very nice and helpful. Everything was clean. Almost too clean, to be honest. The workout room was great and the laundry was very convenient to have.

As a female, traveling alone, I felt safe here. Bed was comfortable; room smelled fresh and was clean; bathroom was sparkling clean, large, well lit and beautiful! The warm oatmeal cookies at check in were delicious! Real, slow cooked Oatmeal at breakfast was much appreciated. Great breakfast bar. Helpful staff. Easy to get to and from Forrest general hospital.

Great stay.
This is a large, relatively new hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. Service at the front desk and breakfast was polite and efficient. My only complaint was with the shower. The water was barely warm both days. Other than this, it was a great stay.

Room keys did not work, thermostat did not work, telephone did not work, night clerk was absent from the front desk for 20 minutes while we waited for keys that worked. No more stays at Hampton for us!

Great Hattiesburg hotel!
Fantastic hotel close to USM, restaurants, shops, etc. Nice, spacious rooms and very friendly personnel. Breakfast was good as were the afternoon cookies and popcorn. Would definitely stay here again!

They are about to get sued for charging my card for something I did not do.. the front desk attendant that I talked to about the charge was very rude and hung up in my face.. I was very calm about this situation

Very nice rooms and great staff
It was a pretty nice stay everything was clean and the front desk lady was super friendly and nice. Overall best hotel I stayed in this year as far as service, cleanliness and ease of checking in. Only downside was a volleyball tournament or something was going on so it was a little loud for a little bit in the hallways but the hotel can’t really do anything about that.

Very nice hotel & friendly staff! Very close to restaurants, shopping & the interstate. I love the pool table in the lobby area & the hot breakfast was delicious!!!

The front desk screwed up the payment from Expedia and we couldn’t check in for an hour and now at 9:30 they call with more problems with the payment which I have a receipt from Expedia and the funds have been taken from my bank…..I won’t ever deal with Expedia again or Tthis hotel
