The lobby area is very nice. Staff interactions were great. The rooms were mostly clean, but dirt was present in corners of bathroom. Only two towels were left in both suites. One seat had an air conditioner leak, and the floor was soaked. We alerted the front desk, but they didn’t have a room to move us to. The ac still worked , so we slept well (I loved the linens BTW), but we were confined to the beds because of the wet floor. We were not offered any sort of compensation other than a kind apology at the front desk. We paid for the complimentary breakfast, but when we got down there, there was no coffee, no creamer or sugar. It was 80% empty at 8am. There was also no silverware. I asked for silver ware, and they only brought out 2. I had a party of 6. It took them about 45 minutes to refill coffee and the food. Some just turned around and walked out This was a paid buffet! The pool area had no towels available and we had to walk through the hotel wet to get some. The pool was very cloudy, you wouldn’t have been able to even see someone in distress! The could be very likely, as there were children running around the slippery pool (even had adults chasing kids at one point)a flapping on he floor in front of the shower. pool rules were not enforced, so the pool was not enjoyable for all at all.
