"Quite frankly, at the initial phase of this reservation,I was somewhat disappointed with hotels.com. In the past the reservation was straight forward,no issues nor dealing with the management of the property. However Hans, the property manager was very professional and informative allowing me to relax. The place is immaculate and the vegetation surrounding was just breathtaking. Top Hato Mayor Hotel Reviews

Santo Domingo Bay Convention Resort & Casino

8/10 Good

"I had a great experience at Santo Domingo bay resort. Only downfall I was not impressed with the food and I feel there is room for improvement when it comes to the quality and variety of the meals. Also, it seemed like housekeeping was not much of a priority for guests who did not book an upgraded room. Every guest should receive proper attention and good service, regardless of the room category they pay for."

Coral Costa Caribe Beach Resort - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"The beaches were beautiful. Everything was clean and maintained. We enjoyed the sports bar to watch a few games. Wendy (online booking) was extremely helpful to us. She arranged our transportation and was just a blessing to us. Amaury in the VIP bar was AWESOME. He was friendly and very attentive. We visited a different resort for a wedding and we all commented that we were so happy to be at Costa Caribe instead. There was entertainment each night as well."

Bahia Principe Explore La Romana - Hyatt Inclusive Collection - All Inclusive

8/10 Good

"The hotel has potential, good food, good entertainment, good amenities. However, the staff is more focus in their internal work drama than actually providing a good service to the people. I also speak Spanish and at every restaurant I knew something was going on between the staff, and it made me uncomfortable."
